This role requires a creative thinker with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the digital marketing, advertising technologies and media planning.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with clients to plan and execute advertising campaigns. </li><li>Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various digital channels. </li><li>Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and platforms. </li><li>Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the client base. </li><li>Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. </li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising technologies, and media planning. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Proven ability to develop impactful B2B marketing strategies, lead complex initiatives, and deliver results. </li><li>Ability to challenge the status quo, identify gaps/opportunities, and create structure and clarity from ambiguity and complexity. </li><li>Proven experience in ad sales, marketing or a related field. </li><li>Strong understanding of digital and traditional advertising platforms. </li><li>Leadership qualities: growth mindset, collaborative, and positively contributes to team culture. Proven track record of motivating teams and partners towards achieving common goals. </li><li>Strong stakeholder engagement skills: excellent communication abilities and the capacity to influence and collaborate across a highly matrixed organization. </li><li>Comfortable with evolving priorities. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>7+ years of marketing strategy experience in B2B, digital media, retail media, or similar roles preferred. </li><li>Familiarity with programmatic advertising and data analytics tools. </li></ul>
