Savaria Patient Care is a division of Savaria Corporation, a global leader in accessibility.</p> <p>JOB TITLE:</p> <p>WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE II</p> <p>DEPARTMENT:</p> <p>WAREHOUSE</p> <p>REPORTS TO:</p> <p>WAREHOUSE MANAGER</p> <p>FLSA STATUS:</p> <p>BANNER: SPAN</p> <p>NON-EXEMPT</p> <p><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>__</strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></p> <p>JOB SUMMARY:</p> <p>Accurately and efficiently ship orders to customers, unload materials, and stage inventory.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Accurately fill and ship required products to the customer: pull cases, stencil, shrink wrap, palletize, and load trailers utilizing a pallet jack or forklift just as Warehouse Associate I, along with having a basic understanding of other shipping software such as: </li><li>Dynamics </li><li>Fed Ex Ship Manager </li><li>Easy Label </li><li>VShip </li><li>Can manually allocate orders that come into the warehouse via the WIP process. </li><li>Receive materials and unload trucks. Verify the count and accuracy of inbound shipments with a packing list. Notate any discrepancies and notify management of inconsistencies. </li><li>Accurately fill, and ship required products to the customer: pull cases, stencil, shrink wrap, palletize, and load trailers utilizing a pallet jack or forklift. </li><li>Ensure trailer wheels are chocked before entering the trailer. </li><li>Transport materials to assigned areas as required, staging as appropriate. </li><li>Assist other warehouse employees as needed. </li><li>Maintain a neat and organized work area inside and outside the warehouse. </li><li>Minimize loss by careful and accurate handling of materials. </li><li>Participate in inventory as assigned. </li><li>Support Quality Policy, Quality System, and follow established procedures.
