You will also actively lead and mentor our consultant and analyst resources.</p> <p>Typical responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop overall project plans and lead all parts of the client engagement</p> </li><li> <p>Manage project support resources and coordinate with subject matter experts from within and outside the firm</p> </li><li> <p>Develop creative client strategies and recommendations</p> </li><li> <p>Present updates and recommendations to client executives</p> </li><li> <p>Build consensus among client stakeholders</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and nurture relationships with clients</p> </li><li> <p>Support in developing internal strategies, intellectual capital, and deliverables</p> </li><li> <p>Support client sales origination</p> </li></ul> <p>The types of projects you'll work on:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strategic sourcing (both within companies and across private equity portfolios)</p> </li><li> <p>Procurement process reengineering</p> </li><li> <p>Spend analysis and savings opportunity diagnostic</p> </li><li> <p>Pre-purchase due diligence</p> </li><li> <p>Make vs. buy decision analysis</p> </li><li> <p>Benchmarking and best practices implementation</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's what you need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>10+ years relevant professional experience (procurement and strategic sourcing)</p> </li><li> <p>A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical skills including the ability to manage resources performing complex analytics to develop client decision support data</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to effectively plan and manage multiple projects, tasks, and/or initiatives simultaneously</p> </li><li> <p>An interest and passion for supporting the development of junior team members</p> </li></ul> <p>Bonus points if:</p> <ul> <li> <p>You have management consulting experience with a well-regarded firm</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to present comfortably to senior executives</p> </li><li> <p>You have the proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment</p> </li><li> <p>You excel in building and developing relationships, overseeing complex programs, and demonstrating leadership</p> </li><li> <p>You have earned an MBA or equivalent graduate degree</p> </li><li> <p>Prior experience in driving insights using visualization tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (i.e., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
