<p>Role Summary</p> <p>Anthropologie is looking for and Assistant Merchandiser. The Assistant Merchandiser is responsible for the conception and execution of a variety of eCommerce duties, including monthly email marketing and site experience, the creation of brand appropriate online categories and the overall maintenance of the site.</p> <p>Role Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Concept and execute site experience by leveraging strong awareness of key products and trends in the business, coupled with information and recommendations from Analytics team </li><li>Support in the execution of total site strategy through attentive on-site merchandising, a creative perspective on trends, and business insights/recommendations from Analytics team </li><li>Oversee product presentation and category maintenance across the site, app and email marketing to ensure consistency and strong brand POV </li><li>Own the email prep process for all relevant marketing, which includes: tracking weekly selling and inventory on all featured styles and acting as the point person for Graphic Design and Copy teams to ensure the merchandising vision is translated through copy and imagery for each message </li><li>Partner with Email Marketing team to efficiently and effectively launch daily email campaigns, as well as monthly site refreshes </li><li>Communicate key messaging information and trends to Marketing and Social teams to ensure web messaging is aligned with other channels of the business </li><li>Proficiency using Microsoft PowerPoint </li></ul> <p>Role Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency using Microsoft PowerPoint </li><li>Proactive personality with exceptional interpersonal skills. </li><li>Capable of working cross-functionally with teams across the organization to help support the digital channel. </li><li>Ability to prioritize and maintain a high level of accuracy completing multiple tasks in a fast paced, dynamic environment </li><li>Interest/knowledge of trends, and general understanding of Anthropologie brand </li></ul> <p>The Perks</p> <p>URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
