As a member of our team you'll enjoy excellent benefits, opportunities for growth, and an encouraging culture that supports work / life balance.</p> <p>We are looking for a methodical Materials Coordinator to liaise with customers, document and process their orders, and ensure that the items are received on time.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Receiving orders from customers via mail, phone, or other electronic means. </li><li>Obtaining customers' details and billing information and entering the information correctly in Bistrack. </li><li>Preparing invoices, shipping documents, and contracts. </li><li>Forwarding information to the correct departments for delivery of the order. </li><li>Reviewing orders for completeness and forwarding incomplete orders for further processing. </li><li>Matching Invoices with receiving documents and forward to Corporate AP team. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>A high school diploma or GED. </li><li>Prior work experience in a similar field is preferred. </li><li>ERP experience is preferred. </li><li>Computer literacy, including word processing and spreadsheet software. </li><li>Willingness to receive on-the-job training. </li><li>An excellent rapport with customers. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Analytical thinking, and excellent attention to detail. </li><li>Superb time management skills and the ability to coordinate team activities. </li></ul> <p>Why Clayton?</p> <p>A Berkshire Hathaway Company - an integrity-based organization offering unlimited career growth opportunities.</p> <p>Full-time team members have the flexibility to create their own health, dental, and vision benefits package.
