Collaborates with terminal operations to ensure deliveries and pickups are aligned with customer expectations.</p> <p>Major Tasks and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Schedules appointments through a high volume of phone calls and emails. </li><li>Coordinates with terminal operations for optimal pickup and delivery times. </li><li>Communicates with dispatch to ensure delivery availability. </li><li>Prepares, reviews, and bundles paperwork for dispatch. </li><li>Assists with billing and data entry for the terminal. </li><li>Conducts driver check-ins to ensure deliveries meet customer expectations. </li><li>Provides customer service and clerical assistance to internal and external customers. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED. </li><li>1+ years of transportation and/or related experience. </li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. </li><li>Intermediate computer and customer service skills. </li></ul> <p>Pay Rate: $20.50 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience</p> <p>Benefits</p> <p>At Saia, your success is our success!
