<p>OAPSE transfer bid requests* (internal applications) will be accepted until 2:00 pm on 3/10/2025</p> <ul> <li>Bid requests received within the same classification and contracted hours will be given first consideration in accordance with the OAPSE bargaining agreement. </li></ul> <p>Immediate opening due to the resignation of Kelly Watkins.</p> <p>Contract Terms: 12-month calendar; 8-hours per day; eligible for health insurance benefits; monthly accumulated paid sick leave and vacation time; three (3) paid personal days per school year</p> <p>Report Time: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm (evening hours and/or weekend call out hours in accordance with the OAPSE negotiated agreement)</p> <p>Salary: $16.12 minimum starting rate; additional stipend of $384.37 for AES in accordance with the CBA</p> <p>Position available due to the transfer of Garrett Mortimer.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>See attached job description for specific qualifications, duties and responsibilities.</p> <p>The successful applicant must have the following on file before they can begin:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Current and favorable State and Federal background checks </li><li>Negative drug screen result </li><li>Successful completion of the skills test </li></ul> <p>A skills test will be administered</p> <p>The test will cover custodial, and general maintenance related skills required of the position.</p> <p>Employees must follow all board policies, all state, and federal laws, and adhere to the Ohio Code of Ethics set up by the Ohio Department of Education. Subject to all applicable laws, essential job functions of this position include the employee being punctual and capable of completing all of the duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.</p> <p>The successful candidate must complete any Vector/Safe Schools courses as recommended and assigned by the Administration.</p>
