<p>INCOG Biopharma Services is looking for a 2nd shift Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This role is key to the material receipt, storage, handling, movement and reconciliation of inventory at the INCOG facility.</p> <p>This role involves receiving, storing, picking, and packing GMP products while adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards. Candidates must be able to meet the physical requirements of this job including operating a forklift, lifting 50lbs or more and being on your feet for 4-6 hours daily.</p> <p>This is a Second Shift position, with hours from 3:00PM-11:30PM.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Receive incoming pharmaceutical shipments and verify contents against purchase orders, materials specifications and receiving in line with INCOG SOP's. </li><li>Receive incoming non-pharmaceutical shipments and verify contents against the purchase order. </li><li>Inspect products for damage, discrepancies, or expired items and report any issues to the Warehouse Manager. </li><li>Store pharmaceutical products in designated areas according to material specifications and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS/SAPbyDesign). </li><li>Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in periodic physical inventory audits. </li><li>Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet internal customer demands </li><li>Ensure all orders are labeled correctly and prepared for internal delivery according to standards. </li><li>Use barcode scanners and other technology to track and manage inventory. </li><li>Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP). </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized environment to prevent contamination and ensure product integrity. </li><li>Assist in maintaining records for regulatory inspections and audits. </li><li>Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems. </li><li>Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions to the Warehouse Manager. </li><li>Work collaboratively with other warehouse associates and departments to achieve operational goals. </li><li>Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures. </li></ul> <p>Special Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Experience: 2-4 years previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. </li><li>Must be forklift certified or able to obtain Powered Industrial Lift Certification </li><li>Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanning technology. </li><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs and ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. </li><li>Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions within the warehouse </li></ul> <p>Additional Preferences:</p> <ul> <li>Education: College Degree or Equivalent Experience demonstrated in this field </li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy. </li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills. </li><li>Certification in handling hazardous materials (preferred but not required). </li></ul> <p>Additional info about INCOG BioPharma Services:</p> <p>At INCOG BioPharma we have built a world-class CDMO for parenteral injectable drugs.
