<p>Department/Unit:</p> <p>AMHS - IT Analytics</p> <p>Work Shift:</p> <p>Day (United States of America)</p> <p>Salary Range:</p> <p>$106,604.71 - $170,567.54</p> <p>Manage/Supervise clinical systems - operations, administration, and development. Develop and implement clinical systems business plans, policies, and procedures. Support the development of the strategic direction for clinical systems, including project planning, staffing, and technical architecture. Develop technical standards and specifications for clinical applications. Provide guidance and direction on clinical workflows and application management best practices and ensure system processes and procedures are coordinated with business objectives.</p> <p>SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Assists the director in IT strategic and tactical planning including setting priorities, coordinating and reporting program status and issue resolution. </li><li>Coordinates training across the supported product lines, including the development of staff training and development programs. </li><li>Works cooperatively with all user groups and affected IT units to coordinate plans and activities including development projects that involve systems, the coordination of software upgrades and the installation of new products. </li><li>Provides weekly and monthly reports on activity status as well as forecasts of resource utilization. </li><li>Recognizes and identifies areas where existing policies, procedures and activities require change, or where new ones need to be developed, especially regarding future applications or technical initiatives.
