Individually and together, our employees are dedicated to satisfying the mission of our organization which is an unwavering commitment to excellence as we care for the sick and injured; educate physicians, nurses and other health care providers; and improve access to care in the communities we serve, regardless of a patient's ability to pay for health care.</p> <p>The Provider Talent Acquisition Liaison supports recruitment, compliance and onboarding, by performing various functions including processing new hires, maintaining tracking logs, tracking clearances and assisting provider applicants through the full cycle onboarding experience. The Liaison also serves as a liaison and provides appropriate information and concierge service to newly hired Physicians and Advanced Practice employees at St. Luke's University Health Network. In this role, he/she interacts and works in cooperation with personnel of all levels in the organization, network, and community.</p> <p>JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Initiates reference, privileges application, and credentialing processes: collects forms, enters data into Verity, and works with Central Verification Office Team to help new providers begin and continue process so privileges are granted prior to the providers' contracted start date. Monitors progress in Verity, follows up with CVO staff and providers to obtain missing documentation and provides updates as needed to Service Line. Collects clearances from provider and uploads into provider's Verity profile.</p> </li><li> <p>Verifies Workday status for new hires/transfers is updated appropriately and follows up as needed with Recruiters, Provider Compensation, Provider Contracts, and HR teams for any missing or incorrect entries. Enters/uploads clearance information and documents according to applicable Network process for employees.</p> </li><li> <p>Supports new hires in completing pre-employment requirements according to applicable Network policies for employees; including distribution of instructions and collection of documents and/or results in a timely fashion. Follows up with new providers as needed for outstanding requirements, including completion of benefit elections. Notifies Recruiters and Service Line of any issues as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Clears candidate to commence employment, based on results of physical and background checks.</p> </li><li> <p>Schedules new hires for New Employee Orientation. Emails details to new hire and managers. Meets with new hires on their first day to assist with initial employee login steps, verify ID for Federal Form I-9, and introduce to My e-Learning site for completion of training requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Works in collaboration with personnel throughout the Network campuses to include, Central Verification Office and Human Resources on various recruitment related projects, process and resolution of issues.</p> </li><li> <p>Assembles employee files containing recruitment related documents, clearances, and employee information and delivers to SLPG HR on a timely basis.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists in planning, organizing and hosting the monthly New Provider Resources Overview. This includes collecting names of attendees, sending invitations, updating presentations and presenter schedules, managing the agenda and answering questions as they arise all in order to ensure a value-added experience for all new providers is had.</p> </li><li> <p>Produces, activates and delivers ID badges for Advanced Practitioners.</p> </li><li> <p>Develops and manages tracking mechanisms in order to provide meaningful data and recommendations of various departmental expenditures pertaining to onboarding related activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Supports provider contracting department, as needed, by assisting with the timely credentialing and enrollment of new providers hired through acquisition or affiliation. Acts as the primary liaison with network CVO office to ensure deadlines related thereto are met.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitates house hunting for candidates, including hotel accommodations, air travel, and local transportation in a timely fashion and arranges reimbursement, when necessary.</p> </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:</p> <p>Sitting for up to six hours per day. Standing and walking as necessary. Fingering and handling frequently, twisting and turning of hands occasionally. Pushing and pulling. Occasionally stoops, bends, squats, kneels, and reaches above shoulder level. Hearing as it relates to normal conversation. Seeing as it relates to general and near vision.</p> <p>EDUCATION:</p> <p>High School graduate or equivalent is required. College Graduate preferred with major in Business, Human Resources, or related field. Excellent oral and written skills required to relate effectively with managers and other staff at various levels.</p> <p>TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:</p> <p>A minimum of two years of working in a Provider recruitment or HR environment preferred. Experience in a busy customer service environment is ideal. Word processing experience required including mastery of MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Access).
