<p>Job Description</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>Build your career with IU Health! ?We have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Physician Compensation team at our Fairbanks location in Downtown Indianapolis.</p> <p>The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) collaborates with department leaders to ensure accurate and timely administration of physician compensation plans. The SFA oversees all aspects of physician compensation for various divisions within the IU Health Medical Group. Key responsibilities include creating and analyzing monthly compensation reports, periodically reconciling productivity excess, and processing additional compensation such as call pay. Supports prudent financial management through data analysis, interpretation, reporting, and modeling. Performs monthly and/or ad hoc reporting, prepares pro formas based on historical, comparative, and projection data. Provides accurate analysis to support outcome and impact based decision making. Identifies, analyzes and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets with a high degree of accuracy.</p> <p>At IU Health, your personal and professional growth is a top priority.
