You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions in an agile environment.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain enterprise software applications </li><li>Collaborates with the product team on requirements elicitation to deliver software </li><li>Authors and reviews unit/integration test </li><li>Participate in code and software review processes </li><li>Collaborates with members of the product, test, and software engineering organizations </li><li>Demonstrates clear leadership across multiple unrelated segments of the broader software organization </li><li>Plays a lead role on strategic initiatives that deliver significant business value to Certara </li><li>Able to lead multiple teams and gain consensus through technical and facilitative leadership </li><li>Thinks strategically across one or more technology, application, or product areas </li><li>Capable of a near executive level of strategic planning, evaluation, and goal setting </li><li>Utilizes a strong understanding of the business and organization to make effective and efficient decisions </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in similar roles </li><li>Experience working in a highly collaborative agile software organization </li></ul>
