We design and deliver a suite of investment tracking, portfolio monitoring, and data analytics tools that help investors make faster, smarter decisions.</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>As a Product Manager at Aumni, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain a product roadmap focused on AI and Data Science solutions that aligns with business goals and customer needs </li><li>Conduct user interviews and collaborate with customer-facing teams to gain customer insight </li><li>Prioritize user needs, test ideas, and turn them into effective solutions with strong product sense and attention to detail </li><li>Become an expert in Aumni's data models </li><li>Understand different areas of the broader firm to create solutions for other divisions to leverage Aumni data </li><li>Work with the Data Science organization to develop new backend solutions and integrate them into the customer-facing product </li><li>Collaborate and present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences </li><li>Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing to drive product development and ensure successful launches </li><li>Collaborate with Product Marketing on driving GTM strategy </li><li>Develop a deep understanding of Venture Capital and Private Markets </li></ul> <p>Required qualification, capabilities, and skills:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience as a Product Manager </li><li>Experience in leading development teams applying agile product development methodologies </li><li>Strong product management ground game including product strategy, road mapping, managing a backlog, writing user stories, communicating product requirements to engineers </li><li>Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools </li><li>Technical experience bringing APIs and data solutions to market </li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and executive leadership </li><li>Using common design tools like Figma and the ability to communicate low fidelity ideas using them (check out our stack) </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience building data and analytics products, or working with LLMs </li><li>Experience with the venture capital or financial industry and its ecosystem </li><li>Experience with outcome-driven innovation process and jobs to be done theory </li></ul>
