<p>Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Administration/Total Rewards Manager. Role model and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.</p> <p>Minimum</p> <ul> <li>Excellent administrative and organizational skills. </li><li>Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite. </li><li>Ability to handle confidential information </li><li>Ability to multi-task, set priorities, present information in a professional manner and work with all levels of the organization. </li><li>Proven personal initiative and follow through to completion. </li><li>Excellent communication skills and diplomacy when dealing with people. </li><li>Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and willingness to help all members of the department. </li></ul> <p>Desired</p> <ul> <li>Experience with detail spreadsheets and data manipulation. </li><li>Division ASP </li><li>Customer Service experience. </li><li>Responsible for switchboard coverage for the Division Office, providing administrative support and problem-solving assistance. </li><li>Responsible for professional communications with our customers, vendors, executives, and associates. </li><li>Coordinate switchboard coverage. </li><li>Provide customer service that makes both internal and external customers feel welcome, important, and appreciated. </li><li>Maintain break room supplies and provide general assistance to staff. </li><li>Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation. </li></ul>
