<p>Piper Companies is hiring an Agile Coach to join a well-established organization located in Boston, MA.</p> <p>Responsibilities of the Agile Coach:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain objectivity regarding issues and troubleshoot them by applying agile principles. </li><li>Hold stand-up meetings with cross-functional teams to review project status. </li><li>Support teams in determining resource allocations to maintain agile practices and ensure smooth project delivery. </li><li>Facilitate learning and development among employees through individual and team coaching. </li><li>Coach senior managers in agile practices to ensure adoption of best practices from the top down. </li><li>Communicate agile principles, scrum practices, and overall operating model across the organization. </li><li>Collaborate with coaching team to build out collateral to support coaching, including frameworks, matrices, etc. </li><li>Champion the use of metrics and other objective measures by teams. </li><li>Lead coaching efforts from individual contributors to high level leadership levels. </li><li>Undertake daily follow-ups with individual team members to ensure projects are on track and goals are being met. </li></ul> <p>Requirements of the Agile Coach:</p> <ul> <li>6+ years of previous agile coaching experience, and overall 10+ years of experience. </li><li>Substantial experience with Jira, Kanban, and Lean. </li><li>Track record of implementing agile techniques in different work cultures and environments </li><li>Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (e.g., definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement). </li><li>Leadership Skills: Strong communication, servant leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills. </li></ul> <p>Compensation for the Agile Coach:</p> <ul> <li>Salary Range: $65/hour - $72/hour depending on professional experience </li><li>Full comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays. </li></ul> <p>Keywords: Agile Coach, Agile, Scrum, Jira, Kanban, Lean, Coaching, Agile Practices, Stakeholder Management, Sprint, Collaboration</p> <p>#LI-GS4</p> <p>#Pando</p>
