<p>Overview</p> <p>We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Campus Recruiter to join our Midwest Campus Recruiting team! This office-based role is in our Indianapolis office at 500 E. 96th Street, Suite 300, Indianapolis, IN.</p> <p>This opportunity is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about identifying and attracting top talent from colleges and universities.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate, attend, and/or host campus recruiting events (career fairs, presentations, interview days, etc.) </li><li>Manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) including candidate screening and dispositioning </li><li>Source and screen candidates from our ATS as well as other creative sources (social media, professional organizations, referrals, etc.) </li><li>Co-lead the Summer Intern Program </li><li>Facilitate internal recruiting update meetings with group managers </li><li>Research and report on different University programs as well as market, maintain and establish our brand on campus </li><li>Coordinate/manage our office interviewing program (including facilitation of interviewer trainings and post-interview debriefs) </li><li>Extend offers to intern and collegiate candidates; manage the follow-up communication with the candidate and answer questions about the compensation package </li></ul> <p>Our college recruiting team is:</p> <ul> <li>Passionate about recruiting: The main focus of this role is to support our campus recruiting efforts for the local region, while also working with nationwide partners in support of our Firmwide College Recruiting efforts. </li><li>Strong and clear communicators: This individual will be responsible for communicating with internal/external clients via verbal and written communication as well as presenting, training and relationship building. </li><li>Confident and influential: This individual will be expected to know their craft and deliver on their responsibilities and recommendations through their confidence and influencing skills. </li><li>Problem solvers and critical thinkers: This role requires someone who can use professional judgement to solve problems with limited daily supervision by using critical thinking skills and a fresh perspective. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors Degree </li><li>1-2 years of professional recruiting experience preferred </li><li>Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and the ability and willingness to learn new software applications </li><li>Ability to travel (approximately 25% annually) </li><li>Peak college campus travel seasons include September-October and February-March </li><li>Some national travel may be required for firm-wide trainings </li></ul> <p>Why Kimley-Horn?</p> <p>At Kimley-Horn, we do things differently.
