This position will do leasing, tours, marketing, events, and administrative duties.</p> <p>Why Work With Us?</p> <p>Legacy of Excellence: For nearly four decades, we've set the gold standard in our industry.</p> <p>Client-Centric Approach: We're all about our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and building long-term relationships.</p> <p>Rooted in Values: Our core values aren't just words; they're the foundation of our vision and culture.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Be the Heartbeat: Support the campus, assist the Community Manager, and ensure a positive experience for residents. </li><li>Multitask Master: Handle administrative needs, event coordination, and leasing. </li><li>Team Player: Step in as the backup when the Community Manager is unavailable. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities for Parmenter Circle I and II: Part-time 24 hours per week.</p> <ul> <li>Build rapport with prospects, residents, and their families. </li><li>Take leasing calls, set appointments, and complete applications. </li><li>Foster relationships with community partners. </li><li>Keep weekly office hours in each building. </li><li>Manage monthly calendars, event planning, and administrative tasks. </li><li>Daily check-ins with the Community Manager. </li><li>Handle general administrative paperwork and market rate lease renewals. </li><li>Maintain confidentiality and complete check requests. </li><li>Compose newsletters and activity calendars. </li><li>Enter and close out maintenance service requests. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Education & Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Prior administrative and customer service experience required. </li><li>Property management experience is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written. </li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects. </li><li>Ability to perform quality work within deadlines, with or without supervision. </li><li>Professional interaction with all team members and third-party contacts. </li></ul> <p>Computer Applications:</p> <ul> <li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; OneSite experience is helpful. </li><li>Typing speed of 45 wpm. </li></ul> <p>Ready to be part of a team that values excellence and innovation?
