<ul> <li> <p>Assemble and pack components for semi-trailers suspension systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Operate machines / equipment in accordance with established procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Understands bills of materials and standard work instructions in order to perform tasks.</p> </li><li> <p>Accurately report daily activities on work orders and other media as required.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct required quality control checks using common measuring devices.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as required.</p> </li><li> <p>Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards.</p> </li><li> <p>Exercise safe working habits while operating machines.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform other duties as assigned by the Area Leader.</p> </li><li> <p>Mechanical aptitude with a demonstrated ability to work in a production environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to meet production standards and follow written and verbal instructions.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to follow operation procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to read and write legibly.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to function as an effective team member.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to assess problems and recommend solutions to resolve problems.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to physically lift 40 lbs.</p> </li><li> <p>Must pass drug and alcohol screen.</p> </li><li> <p>High school diploma (or GED) - proof required</p> </li></ul> <p>Hendrickson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
