<p>The Sub-Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling smaller components into sub-assemblies for use in the final product. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to follow specific instructions and blueprints. The Sub-Assembly Technician ensures that all parts are correctly assembled to meet quality standards and production schedules.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Component Assembly: Assemble various small parts and components into sub-assemblies according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.</p> </li><li> <p>Quality Control: Inspect parts and sub-assemblies for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.</p> </li><li> <p>Tool Operation: Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to assemble components. Ensure tools are properly maintained and ingood working condition.</p> </li><li> <p>Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and assembly steps completed. Complete necessary paperwork for production tracking.</p> </li><li> <p>Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
