You speak the truth, even when it's difficult.</p> <ul> <li>Design, analyze, and validate electrical hardware including integration with complex mechanical components, for low volumes through mass production. </li><li>Write robust embedded firmware and connect it with user-facing software in Python, C# or similar packages to enhance early version hardware. </li><li>Manage, mentor, and direct cross-disciplinary teams to conduct research, brainstorm, prototype, test, analyze, document, and present work to clients; and guide teams to win follow-on work. </li><li>Share insights on promising directions for new client opportunities, provide technical support for new business development, and devise and execute strategies to meet project and client goals. </li></ul> <p>Flexible working - We are guided by our client work and needs; however, you have autonomy to manage your time and diary to suit your work/life balance.</p>
