Come, stay, and grow with us.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The individual in this position is responsible for performing a wide variety of complex planning activities required to attain production objectives.</p> <p>Duties include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrates advanced knowledge in reviewing engineering plans and product specifications to determine raw material requirements to support manufacturing schedules. </li><li>Works with Purchasing to obtain and schedule materials based on production forecasts. </li><li>Works with Engineering and related areas to develop tools and procedures to maximize facility and equipment utilization. </li><li>Assignments are generally the most complex within planning activities and include the attainment of planning objectives where products or production processes are new or manufacturing processes are variable. </li><li>Directs and assists lower level planners. </li></ul> <p>WE VALUE DIVERSITY</p> <p>Here at Lennox we believe that diversity and inclusion is critical to our success as a global company, and we seek to recruit, develop, and retain the most talented people from a diverse candidate pool. Requires at least 8 years related experience.Requires advanced knowledge of a variety of manufacturing activities including purchasing, materials, production processes and engineering. Must be able to understand and apply engineering specifications. Requires effective verbal and written communications. Must be able to use Microsoft Office.</p>
