<p>Project Controls Specialist</p> <p>Our client is seeking a Project Controls Specialist for a 1.5-year contract with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate must have experience with EPCMV Bio/Pharma projects and will be responsible for cost engineering, project controls, earned value management, change management, and risk management.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>15+ years in Project Controls/Cost Engineering with EPCMV, Earned Value, Change, and Risk Management. </li><li>10+ years in Bio/Pharma projects. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or Construction Management (or equivalent experience). </li><li>Advanced Excel skills. </li><li>Expertise in: </li><li>Primavera P6 (scheduling). </li><li>EcoSys, Oracle Unifier, and EPCMV project lifecycle (home office & field). </li><li>TIC reporting, earned value tracking, and progress measurement. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules. </li><li>Prepare and update Total Installed Cost (TIC) reports. </li><li>Lead a team of four and oversee cost engineering. </li><li>Conduct cost review meetings and report financial status to clients. </li><li>Analyze project performance (EAC, CPI, SPI) and identify financial risks. </li><li>Manage cost estimating, cost control, change management, and risk assessment. </li><li>Work with subcontractors and vendors to track WIP and forecast completion. </li><li>Apply ASC 606 for project margin reporting. </li></ul> <p>Location: Philadelphia, PA (Onsite)</p> <p>Contract: 1.5 years (Potential for extension)</p> <p>Rate: $75.00 - $90.00 per hour</p> <p>Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM</p> <p>After you have applied, download our Staffmark Group WorkNOW App to receive real-time job offers and apply for additional opportunities.
