<p>Description & Requirements</p> <p>As an Associate in our Outsourced Accounting Services (OAS) group, you will be a valued member of our team and will build relationships with our outsourcing clients. To be successful, you should enjoy solving problems, possess strong attention to detail, and have a willingness to learn new things.</p> <p>How you will contribute:</p> <ul> <li>Dedicating time to client service while coordinating work for our clients in the following areas: </li><li>General ledger and process accounts payable </li><li>Payroll processing and payroll tax reporting </li><li>Sales and Use tax reporting </li><li>Bank and credit card account reconciliations </li><li>Depreciation schedule preparation </li><li>Monthly, quarterly, and year-end trial balance closing assistance </li><li>Prepare and assist with monthly management reports and financial statements </li><li>On-site or digital accounting outsourcing </li><li>QuickBooks consulting and assistance with accounting system design </li><li>Assisting with the training of clients, staff, and other OAS personnel </li></ul> <p>We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and:</p> <ul> <li>Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities </li><li>Commitment to providing unmatched client experience </li><li>Ability to prioritize work for multiple clients and consistently meet deadlines </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>1 year of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, or staff accounting </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Associate degree or higher in accounting, finance or other business-related field </li><li>QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation </li><li>Prior experience with CaseWare, Fixed Assets CS and Bill.com </li><li>Experience working with QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Intacct, or similar general ledger software package </li></ul> <p>#LI-LRA</p>
