<p>Summary</p> <p>Our client is seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Consultant to assist with the development and configuration of multiple ERP environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing Workday, along with experience in MSDynamics, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, and SAP SuccessFactors. This role will support the setup of internal sandbox/test environments to optimize ERP integrations and resolve system issues.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday, MSDynamics, Oracle Fusion, and SAP SuccessFactors in a test/sandbox environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and configure data structures, objects, reports, tables, and other ERP components.</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot integration issues, optimize configurations, and ensure data integrity across multiple ERP systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with internal teams to define use cases, requirements, and best practices for each platform.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide hands-on support for system enhancements, upgrades, and optimizations.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure security and compliance standards are met in all ERP environments.</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with technical teams to develop custom objects and improve system functionality.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>5+ years of ERP implementation experience, with a primary focus on Workday.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong working knowledge of MSDynamics, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite and SAP SuccessFactors.</p> </li><li> <p>Hands-on experience with ERP configuration, including data structures, objects, reports, and tables.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience setting up and managing sandbox/test environments for ERP systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to ERP integrations and performance issues.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical requirements.</p> </li></ul>
