<p>Job Title: Pre-Construction Architect</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The candidate will be responsible for the conceptual design of architectural drawings for proposals and pre-construction stages. The primary tool used will be AutoCAD, though familiarity with Revit is highly beneficial. Communication with the design team will be essential once bids are won. Site visits for surveys and evaluations may be required.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop conceptual designs for architectural proposals. </li><li>Utilize AutoCAD for creating detailed drawings. </li><li>Communicate with the design team post-bid. </li><li>Conduct site surveys and evaluations as necessary. </li><li>Perform client presentations and ensure project alignment. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit. </li><li>Experience in conceptual design for proposals. </li><li>5+ years of experience in architectural design or project management. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with building codes and architectural standards. </li><li>Experience with commercial and residential construction documents. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The majority of the time will be spent in the office, with occasional visits to client locations. The role also involves client presentations.
