Will accept BSN with plan to complete a master's degree program in healthcare administration, business administration, or clinical specialty </li><li>Progressive nursing leadership experience in rehabilitation, acute care, or post-acute settings (minimum 5 years). </li><li>Strong knowledge of patient safety, quality initiatives, and regulatory requirements (e.g., Joint Commission, CIHQ, CARF). </li><li>A passion for rehabilitative care and commitment to empowering patients and staff alike. </li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills. </li></ul>
