<p>The Senior Credit and Collections Analyst is accountable for investigating, reviewing, and approving credit applications within delegated authority with established policies. This role is responsible for collecting and maintaining accurate credit information. The senior analyst will review and verify overdue accounts, as well as contact costumers to confirm outstanding payments, and renew credit information to help minimize outstanding debts.</p> <p>The salary for this position will be commensurate with education or work experience.</p> <p>What You Will Be Doing</p> <ul> <li>Researches and evaluates customers' creditworthiness and analyzes creditworthiness of accounts (based on applicable processes). </li><li>Partners with stakeholders (management, Sales, and Program Management) to monitor AR status, new customer creditworthiness, and continued monitoring of existing customers. </li><li>Orders customers' certificate of insurance based on customer specifications. </li><li>Provides management and oversight of credit management activities including authorizing credit exceptions. </li><li>Creates and maintains documentation of credit applications and credit limits. </li><li>Manages and completes finance tasks in different software applications. </li><li>Hours will be 11-8 p.m. ET or 8-5 p.m. PT. </li></ul> <p>What We Are Looking For</p> <ul> <li>High-school diploma or equivalent required.
