This includes supervising and instructing personnel in the department, acting as a coordinator for the patient and patient#s family, inventorying, ordering daily orders and receives food orders. These duties are carried out in a competent, confidential, and professional manner. # Minimum Education/License/Certification Requirements High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in hospital food preparation preferred. Related experience in supervisory position preferred. Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred.
