<p>Retail Sales Associate</p> <p>POSITION DESCRIPTION AND KEY MEASURES</p> <p>Department: Retail Operations</p> <p>Location: Store Location</p> <p>Report to: DM</p> <p>Number of direct reports:</p> <p>POSITION PURPOSE AND EXPECTATION:</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>We're seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while supporting store operations and maintaining our high visual merchandising standards.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized product recommendations </li><li>Process transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system </li><li>Maintain store appearance through regular cleaning, organizing, and straightening of merchandise </li><li>Execute daily stocking tasks, including receiving shipments, replenishing sales floor inventory, and organizing stockroom </li><li>Support Store Manager with daily operations, reports, and special projects </li><li>Build deep product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers </li><li>Drive sales through suggestive selling and creating genuine connections with customers </li><li>Embody our brand values and serve as a brand ambassador both in-store and in the community </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Previous retail experience preferred </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Genuine passion for retail and fashion </li><li>Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays </li><li>Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move throughout the store </li><li>Basic math skills and attention to detail </li></ul>
