Learn more at www.xerox.com and explore our commitment to diversity and inclusion.</p> <p>The Print Mail Scan Production Associate is responsible for managing the print request life cycle in accordance with customers SLA agreement to manage customer relations and optimize customer satisfaction.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Employee will be opening mail with a slicer, removing contents, removing staples, paper clips, post-its etc., scanning in the mail and then emailing the scanned images to Vanguard Crew Members via email. </li><li>Perform document preparation, scanning and electronically log customer jobs while maintaining Xerox required reporting logs and information for billing. </li><li>Operate standard printing office and finishing equipment and perform maintenance as required </li><li>Conduct quality inspection of product through all stages of production to align with Service Level Agreement and optimize customer satisfaction. </li><li>Problem solve using critical thinking skills to overcome any challenges in the production, delivery, or output requirements. </li><li>Proactively plan and schedule incoming production jobs, updating records of all materials used, and ensuring minimum stock and supply levels are maintained. </li></ul> <p>Skills and Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Provide excellent customer service, anticipating the needs of the customer to align with Xerox's business mission/objective. </li><li>Demonstrate business maturity and professionalism while working directly with customers daily. </li><li>Able to work with minimal oversight, maintaining a high attention to detail and organization. </li><li>Have basic computer skills for data entry including functional knowledge of Microsoft Office </li><li>Demonstrate superior time management skills and reliability. </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.?Must be able to stand for long periods of time, walk, bend, and reach. </li><li>Has of had VA Credentials (Highly Preferred) </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Experience in a customer service environment (minimum 1 year). </li><li>Training provided on print and device duties (prior experience is beneficial, but not required). </li><li>Experience with taking ownership of work while ensuring quality standards are met. </li></ul> <p>Additional Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Substantial growth opportunities for future career development within a supportive and collaborative company culture </li><li>Full medical/dental/vision, wellness credits, and a company contribution to a Health Savings Account and 401k matching </li><li>Paid time off, plus holidays and personal days </li></ul> <p>#LI-RL1</p>
