<p>JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Greet guests, patients, clients, and staff members as they enter our locations</p> </li><li> <p>Assist guests, patients, and clients through the intake and discharge processes</p> </li><li> <p>Scan the QR code on the guest's badge as they enter and leave the facility and bring any flagged guests to Supervisor's attention, in a timely manner</p> </li><li> <p>Register guests into our computer systems</p> </li><li> <p>Direct guests, patients, clients, and staff members to the correct resources and escort when necessary</p> </li><li> <p>Distribute meals, personal hygiene items, and other necessary items</p> </li><li> <p>Clean up after meal distribution and organize leftover food supplies</p> </li><li> <p>Organize and store mail for guests</p> </li><li> <p>Distribute mail and flyers</p> </li><li> <p>Assist guest, patients, and clients with various appointments</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with scheduling travel and relocation arrangements for guests, patients, and clients</p> </li><li> <p>Utilizes appropriate supplies with minimal waste</p> </li><li> <p>Respect and maintain the confidentiality of information</p> </li><li> <p>Strive to maintain a positive work environment</p> </li><li> <p>Perform additional duties as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>General computer knowledge and skills (data entry is a plus)</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to use new computer systems</p> </li><li> <p>Attention to detail and problem-solving skills</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask</p> </li></ul>
