<p>Position: Behavioral Health Tech</p> <p>Job Summary: Supporting individuals in recovery with day-to-day tasks and collaborating with various departments to promote a supportive and effective recovery environment.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>Duties include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Provide support, guidance and monitoring to individuals in Residential treatment. </li><li>Monitor client progress and ensure adherence to program guidelines. </li><li>Completes billing and documentation accurately in a timely manner. </li><li>Participation in community activities best represents the professional image of Lighthouse. </li><li>Keep well documented notes and communicate daily shift notes with Client Care Advocate Lead, clinical, and medical teams as needed. </li><li>The Client Care Advocate will serve as a role model, act as a mentor, advocate, and motivator. </li><li>Establish rapport with clients, work with a diverse population, verbally de-escalate crisis, maintain the confidentiality of protected and sensitive information, develop and maintain effective working relationships with associates, family members, social service agencies, and other job-related contacts. </li><li>Must be able to function with a high degree of problem-solving skills. According to client needs, the client care advocate is expected to prioritize, self-direct, and organize daily activities. </li><li>Accountable for effective care coordination and communicates effectively and clearly with internal and community treatment teams. </li><li>Assist with facility management including coordinating and serving meals and housekeeping duties. </li><li>Participate in clinical treatment activities and ensuring activities comply with the provisions of HIPAA and 42 CFR. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Required Experience/Certifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum high school diploma/ G.E.D </li><li>CDCA certification </li><li>Previous experience as a client advocate, PCA, or similar position. </li><li>Knowledge of Electronic Health Records systems </li><li>Must pass BCI check, all Corporate Compliance checks, and employment drug </li></ul> <p>Desired Experience/Certifications:</p> <ul> <li>Serve Safe Certification </li></ul> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>1st shift: 7am - 7:30pm, rotating weekends</p> <p>Compensation: $17.00 - $24.81</p> <p>Location: 4000 E Main St Whitehall, OH 43213</p>
