We produce high-quality, engineered, and make -to-order power distribution equipment. We are currently looking for a Cycle Counter for our Switchboard area. In this role you will work and lead all cycle counting.</p> <p>Shift Hours: 5:30AM-2PM</p> <p>Hourly Rate: $28.18</p> <p>You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate with area production associates to fulfill inventory needs </li><li>Handles all cycle counting needs for all of Switchboards. </li><li>Accurate inventory levels for high demand and problematic materials . </li><li>Realize SAP transactions before, during and after the production process. </li><li>Update reports and files required for the calculation of metrics / measurements of the area to include Inventory accuracies. </li><li>Identify and report any issue impacting the area production. Proactively approaches the points of contact for those departments and forges a working relationship to resolve them. </li><li>Participate in production meetings as required for materials needs. </li><li>Make sure 5S, 7 Wastes and other Lean principles are applied in the team / area. </li><li>Empower team and actively takes part in the cleaning of equipment and work area to ensure proper functioning and safe working conditions. </li><li>Access and utilizes documents using of computers, associated with the manufacture of products (e.g. Quality and Safety Documents, Operating Instructions, etc.) </li><li>Perform other work as directed by Supervision. </li></ul> <p>You'll make an impact by:</p> <p>Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge on all operations in the area, material flow and SAP transactions </li><li>Knowledge of Switchboard product and processes. </li><li>Demonstrated multi-tasking skills in an dynamic environment </li><li>PIV experience a plus </li><li>Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and/or work with little supervision </li><li>Reach, grasp, lift 50 lbs, and push/pull/slide heavy material and make coordinated movements of the hands and arms to grasp and move objects. </li></ul> <p>You'll benefit from:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees.
