<p>Req Id: 35661</p> <p>Job Title: Associate Custodian (Day) - University Residences</p> <p>City: West Lafayette</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>University Residences is a fast-paced, hard-working team, looking to grow our work family.</p> <p>As an Associate Custodian, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in maintaining a clean and healthy environment for residents </li><li>Perform specific cleaning tasks in assigned areas including but not limited to: restrooms, resident rooms, kitchens, dining rooms, hallways, stairwells, lounges, and elevators </li><li>Tasks may include mopping, buffing floors, washing walls, and dusting surfaces </li><li>Operate powered and non-powered cleaning equipment </li><li>Perform grounds-keeping, snow removal and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned </li></ul> <p>Note: This position represents a dual-level posting and will be filled as an Associate Custodian or Custodian.
