Watch the video to discover your potential with Symbria Rehab!</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>As an Assistant Program Manager, you will be responsible for acting as the back-up to the Program Manager/Area Manager for the supervision of the rehab staff and take the lead in coordinating therapy activities in the OUTPATIENT/PERSONAL CARE SETTING ON CAMPUS. As the leader of our interdisciplinary team, you will act as a trusted partner for the client and community along with maintaining expected productivity standards. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily is necessary and the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability</p> <p>required:</p> <ul> <li>Licensed clinician (PT, PTA, OTR or COTA) in respective state(s) of service. </li><li>At least 1 year experience in skilled nursing/Long-Term Care setting and/or having experience as a Lead Therapist or Assistant DOR. </li><li>Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments. </li><li>Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and basic </li><li>Comfortable making presentations and doing marketing for case load growth in outpatient level of care (on campus) </li><li>Effective interpersonal skills with strong focus on customer service. </li><li>Proficient use of computers and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook math skills. </li></ul> <p>Why work for us?</p> <p>At Symbria our employees act like owners - because we are owners!
