This opportunity is located at Community Health Network (Howard), 3506 S Lafountain St, Kokomo, IN 46902.</p> <p>Highlights</p> <p>Community Health Network is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established cardiology team in Kokomo, Indiana.
