As valued team members, students are also encouraged to share and implement their own ideas, enhancing both their personal growth and the collective success of the team.</p> <p>Description</p> <p>Description</p> <p>The qualified intern/Co-op should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions:</p> <ul> <li>The associate will support in the squeak and rattle validation of prototype and series vehicles. </li><li>This position will allow the associate to obtain vehicle/technical knowledge, understand the role and scale of customer-relevancy in issue topics, develop and drive vehicle issue solutions, and gain an understanding of TX-522's targets, process partner network, and role in Plant Spartanburg's landscape. </li><li>Support specialists with root cause analysis (RCA) and solution development </li><li>Assist in launching new Plant Spartanburg vehicles </li><li>Gain basic knowledge and experience in new vehicle development and validation </li><li>Become familiar with the problem solving process for vehicle defects. </li><li>Develop specialized test fixtures to validate the sustainability and/or effectiveness of containment/long-term solutions for interior function topics. </li><li>Take full responsibility for/ownership of a functional defect and work with process partners to identify the root cause, create a solution, and validate the solution's effectiveness through a line trial.
