<p>Summary</p> <p>Under the direction of the Director of Quality Performance and Patient Safety and the supervision of the Clinical Quality Senior Analyst, this individual will ensure organizational compliance with external regulatory requirements, and manage internal quality data reporting and submission requirements for the Quality Performance and Patient Safety Department for the health system. This individual has a key role in designing and implementing effective strategies for communicating internal quality data and results and provides project management and analytic expertise for initiatives which support organizational performance in Clinical Process Measures, Outcomes Measures, Efficiency Measures, Electronic Clinical Quality Measures, and Patient Engagement Measures. The Clinical Quality Analyst is a senior level position and demonstrates complete mastery of the skills and responsibilities of the position and has sufficient expertise to serve as a resource to staff members.</p> <p>Education</p> <p>Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.</p> <p>Certification, Registration, and Licensure</p> <p>None.</p> <p>Experience</p> <p>Minimum of five years of experience in a health care setting. Knowledge of and experience in health care Quality and regulatory data management and requirements. Knowledge of DNV, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and New Hampshire Healthcare statutes. Knowledge of statistical analysis. Proficient in database use, Microsoft Office products, including Excel. Able to work effectively with multidisciplinary staff and teams.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ensures organizational compliance with regulatory, registry, and internal quality data collection and submission for the Quality Performance and Patient Safety Department for the health system.</p> </li><li> <p>Develops data workflows which demonstrate effective data governance principles.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures effective internal communication of Quality Data requirements and results.</p> </li><li> <p>Develops strategies to successful analyze data, assist decision support, and provide end user reports with information including limitations of data and actionable information.</p> </li><li> <p>Maximizes the use of Quality Performance and Patient Safety Department applications and understands business/clinical operations and work flow. Anticipates how system features, changes or issues will impact end-users. Anticipates product direction and understands impact to organization.</p> </li><li> <p>Plans, designs, creates and maintains configurable aspects of assigned Quality Performance and Patient Safety Department applications.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides analytics expertise for initiatives which support organizational performance in regulatory, and payer programs, registry outcomes, and strategic objectives.</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluates own overall area of responsibility and develops personal achievement goals which align with department and organizational strategic priorities.</p> </li></ul> <p>Concord Hospital is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
