<p>Banquet Set-up Lead person needed at the Ingleside Hotel and Conference Center in Pewaukee. Lead the team that will set up tables/chairs for meetings, events, and weddings; may do some some A/V set up. Must be able to adapt to changing requests while maintaining positive interactions with guests and co-workers. Full-time hours, generally 6am-2pm but requires flexibility to work some evenings. Must have weekend availability. Pay rate $20/hr.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide room set up and take down for busy hotel banquet department. </li><li>Respond efficiently to guest or management requests. </li><li>Perform some food service and cleaning components as part of regular hotel duties. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Age 18 years or older. </li><li>Ability to follow directions and have good math skills used for measuring and set up of banquet space. </li><li>Ability to lift and move a 60" round table. </li><li>Ability to communicate with guests in English. </li><li>Ability to work alone or as part of a team. </li><li>Knowledge of audio/visual equipment and/or experience is helpful. </li></ul> <p>Qualified applicants must be able to complete a pre-employment background check.
