In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for SAP-related matters at our Cuyahoga Falls facility, providing essential support, guidance, and training to our users. You will also play a key role in identifying and driving process improvements within our SAP environment and across the organization. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute your SAP expertise in a dynamic manufacturing and logistics setting.</p> <p>IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:</p> <ul> <li>Act as the main point of contact for all U.S. SAP issues and projects within the Cuyahoga Falls facility. </li><li>Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements related to SAP functionalities. </li><li>Enhance local SAP process knowledge through the creation of clear and effective training documentation. </li><li>Provide one-on-one and group training to end-users to improve their SAP proficiency. </li><li>Manage your own service desk tickets efficiently, adhering to company-established Service Level Agreements. </li><li>Independently and collaboratively work on ad-hoc project work as required by the company. </li><li>Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP users in the Cuyahoga Falls location. </li><li>Contribute to the overall optimization and effectiveness of our SAP system. </li></ul> <p>YOU'LL BRING:</p> <ul> <li>A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required, preferably in information technology/services or another technical area. </li><li>A minimum of 2 years of hands-on SAP experience is required (ideally with S/4HANA on premise). </li><li>Experience working within a busy manufacturing and logistics environment is a significant advantage. </li><li>Prior IT Help Desk experience is required. </li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong understanding of Excel. </li><li>A solid understanding of SAP PP (Production Planning) and MM/WM (Materials Management/Warehouse Management) processes is required.
