<p>(THIS POSITION WILL REMAIN OPEN UNTIL FILLED)</p> <ul> <li>Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the curriculum standards and school objectives. </li><li>Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic, social, and emotional growth for all students. </li><li>Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities within the classroom. </li><li>Assess student progress regularly through various methods such as quizzes, tests, projects, and observations, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents. </li><li>Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff to develop and implement instructional strategies, interventions, and enrichment activities. </li><li>Establish and maintain open communication with parents/guardians through conferences, newsletters, and other means to discuss student progress and address concerns. </li><li>Implement classroom management strategies to promote a safe, respectful, and orderly learning environment. </li><li>Integrate technology effectively into instruction to enhance learning and facilitate student engagement. </li><li>Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends, research, and best practices. </li><li>Supervise students during non-instructional times such as lunch, recess, and field trips. </li><li>Participate in school-wide events, committees, and initiatives as required. </li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and behavior. </li><li>Stay informed about and comply with all school policies, procedures, and regulations. </li><li>Serve as a positive role model for students, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to lifelong learning. </li><li>Foster a love of learning and a growth mindset in students, encouraging them to take risks, persevere through challenges, and pursue their passions. </li></ul>
