<p>Role Summary</p> <p>The Free People Visual Merchandising Coordinator helps coordinate the visual aspects of the Wholesale Free People Movement Division.</p> <p>Role Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Help to facilitate visual needs for the wholesale division</p> </li><li> <p>Includes visual merchandising, imagery, special projects,</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in launch meeting for each season, create preliminary product stories and ideas</p> </li><li> <p>Keep season files of all product and design stories for future reference</p> </li><li> <p>Help coordinate samples to create merchandising stories and outfitting prior to launch of a season to sales.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with buyers and sales team to understand seasonal needs and reflect these in visual merchandising stories to aid in the selling of a collection</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate monthly visual merchandising mockups of major accounts orders.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with the Sales team before major market appointments to ensure all visual areas are complete and any special requests are understood and complete</p> </li><li> <p>Keep up to date with fashion trends, especially as they apply to the athletic space.</p> </li><li> <p>Keep office and workspace organized</p> </li></ul> <p>Role Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience in visual merchandising </li><li>Interest in the active space and brands </li><li>In store experience, retail or department stores </li><li>Highly organized and efficient </li><li>Self-starter and solution seeker </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast paced and team-based environment </li><li>Excellent communication skills </li></ul> <p>#LI-DD2</p> <p>The Perks</p> <p>URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
