The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The Business Services Specialist I is responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of incoming vehicle titles and associated documents. This includes prepping and scanning titles into the system, verifying VIN information, associating titles with individual barcoded folders, filing and retrieving folders, auditing the title inventory, and shipping/releasing titles.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Process, sort, and deliver incoming mail.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform data entry.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare titles and associated documents for scanning.</p> </li><li> <p>Scan, verify, and associate titles with barcoded folders.</p> </li><li> <p>File folders in a secured vault repository.</p> </li><li> <p>Retrieve folders/documents from a secured vault repository.</p> </li><li> <p>Print waybills and ship/release outgoing titles.</p> </li><li> <p>Operate mail processing equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Clean equipment (e.g., scanners).</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</p> </li><li> <p>Effective communication skills and a strong customer service attitude.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities; exhibit objectivity and openness to others' views; give and welcome feedback; prioritize team success; build team morale; and contribute to achieving team goals and objectives.</p> </li><li> <p>Adaptability in response to changes in the work environment, including managing competing demands, shifting methods as needed, and handling frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to monitor personal work for quality, demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness.</p> </li><li> <p>Consistent adherence to policies and procedures; timely and complete execution of administrative tasks; support for organizational goals and values.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or GED.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong attention to detail.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to multitask.</p> </li><li> <p>Basic computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office products.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to type and use 10-key. </li></ul> <p>Drug Testing</p> <p>To be employed in this role, you'll need to clear a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive does not currently administer a pre-employment drug test for marijuana for this position. However, we are a drug-free workplace, so the possession, use or being under the influence of drugs illegal under federal or state law during work hours, on company property and/or in company vehicles is prohibited.</p> <p>Benefits</p> <p>Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
