During every interaction, we display three behaviors:</p> <ul> <li>Smile, display energy and open body language </li><li>Proactively greet team members and guests, initiating interaction to provide service </li><li>Always use a positive parting remark to end the conversation </li></ul> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Scrapes food from dirty dishes. </li><li>Places tableware in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine. </li><li>Washes pots, pans, and other cooking utensils and equipment. </li><li>Sweeps and mops kitchen floors. </li><li>Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks. </li><li>Segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers. </li><li>Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans. </li><li>Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. </li><li>Follows sanitation and safety guidelines. </li><li>Performs all other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age or older. </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>At least six months related experience or training preferred. </li><li>Must be available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays </li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing. </li></ul> <p>Physical and Mental Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Regularly required to see; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms. </li><li>Frequently required to stoop, and kneel. </li><li>Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. </li><li>Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor. </li></ul>
