<p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>General description of main/primary duties and responsibilities of the job, aptitude, level of complexity, span of control, autonomy, decision making and judgement. It is central and necessary to the satisfactory performance of the job. Includes the following and other duties as assigned.</p> <p>Under general supervision this position will:</p> <ul> <li>Follow all of the Safety, Health, and Environmental policies, procedures, and requirements, ensuring personal safety, safety of others, and safety of the surrounding area. </li><li>Apply working knowledge and understanding to perform, evaluate, and complete activities associated with gas and condensate production from wells. Go to each wellsite to make thorough observations, inspections, maintenance, etc. and adjust when necessary. </li><li>Conduct regular well checks, monitor daily, and make general repairs and maintenance of field and well equipment, operation of Emission Control Devices (ECD), and gas metering skids. Accurately review flow meter readings, pressures, and production volumes for reports. </li><li>Understand and apply sound safety processes and procedures on operation and maintenance of high pressure, high temperature, and high-volume oil and gas flow regime. Follow and aid others on the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure safety in the operation of facilities and pads. </li><li>Complete daily monitoring and review of gas production and oil inventory on the SCADA system to ensure efficiency, and plan daily activity such as, work orders and regular checks, based on the information. </li><li>Be responsible and accountable for managing all fluids on assigned route. Ensure the accuracy of oil run tickets by pulling and reviewing tickets daily. </li><li>Troubleshoot moderately complex, non-routine issues, and problem wells. Discuss improvements and implement approved solution in a safe manner. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Education, Experience, Licensure (minimum level required)</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent. </li><li>At least one (1) year of related experience. </li></ul> <p>CORE COMPETENCIES</p> <p>List and describe the required factors (i.e. knowledge, skills, abilities, software programs, equipment, competencies), that are needed for this role. Indicate the level of proficiency/expertise for each when possible.</p> <ul> <li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, etc. and use/ operation of standard office equipment. </li><li>Ability to operate manual tools related to well maintenance including but not limited to, shovels, wrenches, rakes, etc. </li><li>Basic math skills with ability to calculate tank volumes and gas flow rates. </li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Ability to be detail oriented, self-starter, and work independently under general supervision while maintaining goals and tasks. </li><li>Ability to follow objectives, instructions, and tasks that are set by the supervisor. </li><li>Confidence to ask questions, observe, receive, and otherwise obtain information from all relevant sources. </li><li>Capable of working professionally and respectfully with Land Owners, Operators, teams, and others. </li><li>Foster teamwork, work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness. </li></ul> <p>SAFETY SENSITIVE RELATED</p> <p>If applicable. For designation above and field related positions.</p> <ul> <li>Ability to safely operate vehicles, equipment, and tools. </li><li>Able to recognize and apply safety processes and procedures. </li><li>Possess valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR) that meet Company's Insurance qualifications to operate Company vehicle. </li></ul> <p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Functions as an individual contributor with no supervisory responsibilities. </li></ul> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT</p> <p>The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Excludes occasional visitation to the field - reference Travel section.</p> <p>Field Related:</p> <p>This position may be subject to:</p> <ul> <li>Exposure to computer screens and requires regular use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system. </li><li>Extreme Cold and Heat: temperatures typically below 32o F or above 100o F for periods of more than one hour. Consideration should be given to the effect of other environmental conditions as wind, rain, snow, and humidity. </li><li>Noise: there is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level. </li><li>Vibration: exposure to oscillating movements of the extremities or whole body. </li><li>Confined Space: work areas large enough for individual to enter, limited means of entry or exit, and not designed for continue occupancy. </li><li>Hazards: includes a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to chemicals, combustibles, explosives, etc. </li></ul> <p>HOURS / SHIFTS</p> <ul> <li>Regular business hours. </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</p> <ul> <li>Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. </li><li>Minimally lift, push, carry and/or move up to 50 pounds. </li><li>Frequently be able to bend, stoop, crouch, etc. </li><li>Frequent amount of traversing through challenging terrain to perform work, evaluate sites and conditions, inspect equipment/assets, etc. </li></ul> <p>TRAVEL</p> <p>Approximate amount of time: Minimal (under 25%); Regularly (25% - 75%); Frequent (more than 75%).</p> <ul> <li>Frequent travel to Company's field operations and/or offices.
