Their priority is the customer, educating them on their new equipment and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Install plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment (from water heaters to compressors to valves...you know it all)! </li><li>Consistently represent yourself as a professional and "industry knowledgeable" which will in return lead to new referrals and repeat business! </li><li>Build a healthy relationship with field leadership, and peers. </li><li>Explain plumbing equipment to customers. </li><li>Actively participate in training exercises, morning meetings, and company events </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need</p> <ul> <li>Strong mechanical knowledge </li><li>6 months to a 1 year of Plumbing Install experience is a plus </li><li>Strong Desire to Grow and Develop Your Team </li><li>Clean, Safe, Driving Record </li><li>High School Diploma or GED </li></ul> <p>Want to join a company that puts people first?
