CBIZ has more than 10,000 team members across more than 160 locations in 21 major markets coast to coast.</p> <p>CBIZ strives to be our team members' employer of choice by creating an environment where team members are appreciated, recognized for their contributions, and provided with opportunities to grow, both personally and professionally, throughout their careers.</p> <p>Essential Functions and Primary Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee new plan implementation or plan transition process on all levels </li><li>Primary contact for all on-boarding related activity </li><li>Conduct plan design calls and generate plan documents </li><li>Prepare Recordkeeper paperwork </li><li>Update complete internal systems </li><li>Communicate with Plan Sponsors, TPAs, and Financial Advisors </li><li>Provide general client service and problem resolution services </li><li>Additional responsibilities as assigned </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>At least three years of professional, retirement plan industry experience </li><li>Possesses comprehensive knowledge of industry and professional concepts, principles, practices, and procedures </li><li>Possesses comprehensive knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations, and professional standards </li><li>Proficient use of applicable technology </li><li>Proficient use of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) </li><li>Experience performing work that requires initiative and leadership skills </li><li>Pursuing Qualified 401(K) Administrator (QKA) </li><li>Ability to anticipate and elicit customer needs </li><li>Ability to self-learn and develop business and technical knowledge quickly </li><li>Motivated team player with demonstrated interpersonal skills </li><li>Comfortable working with quick turnaround times and deadlines </li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization </li></ul> <p>#LI-OD1 #LI-Hybrid</p>
