<p>General Surgery is looking for a full-time Surgical Scheduler to join their team! The hours are:</p> <p>Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Prepares and maintains surgical schedule for procedures and work with the providers to ensure proper time allocations and smooth transitions of work flow. </li><li>Answers telephone; schedule appointments, screens calls, takes messages and provides information in accordance with established policies. </li><li>Schedules patients for surgical procedures and obtains all necessary information upon arrival of patient. </li><li>Responsible for accurately completing Physician Referrals. </li><li>Cross-trained in check in and check out duties. </li><li>Complete prior authorizations and verify patient insurance. </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this opportunity and have the desired qualifications, please Apply Now!</p> <p>Annual salary range: $18.50 - 27.50</p> <p>CCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth.
