<p>As a part of Power-Flo Technologies' Outside Sales team, you will guide your customers through the selection of automation solutions dedicated to improving manufacturing and machine performance. You will be responsible for all sales of all products and services within the assigned territory (and/or within assigned accounts).</p> <p>Our Core Values</p> <ul> <li>Our People </li><li>Relationships </li><li>Innovation </li><li>Sustainability </li><li>Growth </li><li>Determination </li></ul> <p>Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $95,000/year + commission package</p> <p>Competitive Benefits Package</p> <ul> <li>Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) </li><li>PTO program and paid holidays </li><li>401K with employer match </li><li>Company provided life insurance (after 1 year of employment) </li></ul> <p>Industrial Automation Outside Sales Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Schedule outside appointments with existing customers to review applications requirements, and uncover new opportunities </li><li>Generate and develop new business to increase revenue, through prospecting activities, including cold calling </li><li>Effectively liaison between the company and customers for all ongoing account management activities including; quotations, pricing, delivery, technical support, service and new product and promotional releases </li><li>Establish and maintain up to date knowledge on new products, procedures, services and tools by successfully completing all training activities as needed </li><li>Determine customer requirements in order to recommend specific products, solutions, or services </li><li>Target Account Planning and Execution </li><li>Prepare and execute effective sales presentations and demonstrations of products </li><li>Annual sales forecast and execution </li><li>Attend conferences and trade shows </li><li>All other duties as assigned from time to time. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring to the Industrial Automation Outside Sales Role:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum three (3) years of demonstrated sales success and technical knowledge of industrial control and automation applications, products, and services </li><li>At least 2 years of business to business sales experience </li><li>Desire to grow business through outside sales appointments </li><li>Track record of success and achievement as a sales representative </li><li>Consistently identify new sources of business </li><li>Maintain high productivity and standards </li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills </li><li>Strong technical aptitude of products </li><li>Commitment to quality </li><li>Valid Driver's License to travel to customers </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <p>We are an equal opportunity employer offering competitive compensation and benefits package including health, disability, life insurance; 401(k) and long-term disability plans.
