APPLY NOW!</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Security Officers may perform the following, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Access control for vendors, visitors or contractors as required. </li><li>Processing incoming and outgoing vehicles and trucks, checking driver's paperwork. </li><li>Admitting and departing trucks, weighing trucks in/out and assuring all drivers havethe required PPE. </li><li>Maintaining clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property. </li><li>Maintaining a safe, organized work environment. </li><li>Responding to any and all medical emergencies, both minor and major, in and around the plant. </li><li>Signing off on confined space permits. </li><li>Completing post check rounds. </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Must be at least 18 years of age </li><li>High School diploma or general education degree (GED) </li><li>Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check </li><li>Able to read, write, speak, and understand English </li><li>Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in shipping and receiving </li><li>Previous Nursing or EMT experience a plus. </li><li>Bi-lingual considered a plus </li><li>Proficiency with a computer </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office software </li></ul> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Starting at $17.00 per hour </li><li>$500 Hiring Bonus: Payable after 90 days of employment </li><li>Paid time off and paid holidays </li><li>Opportunities for career growth and promotion </li><li>Medical available </li><li>401K/Direct Deposit </li><li>Skills-enhancing training </li></ul> <p>EOE/M/F/D/V</p> <p>#HP</p>
